Nice view from top floor rooms, big bathroom.
Grubby furniture, walls. Noisy pipes in the walls.

The room at Hotel Giotto was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the variety of options available for breakfast, including fried eggs, ham, and cheese. The staff were helpful and attentive to my needs, even providing me with boiled water and a kettle with tea in the room. The hotel's location near a metro station made it easy to navigate the city and explore the center. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Hotel Giotto to others.

The room had a kitchen and was nicely decorated. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. They refunded some money for missing diaries. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and decent showers. Close to eateries, supermarket, and metro. Great service at breakfast.

The room was pretty and had a little kitchen. Breakfast had a broad variety of choices (although some didn't taste very good).
The Hotel private parking was awful and insanely small. I would only recommend it to people who have a very small car, excellent driving skills and huge patience (to deal with the easily annoyed and easily rude hotel staff). A forklift would be handy, too. The whole room had only 2 outlets: one for the tv and the other for the razor. The hairdryer only had cold air but don't even think about bringing your own, because there is no proper outlet to plug it in. Also, there was no shower. Instead, there was a nice bathtub, which however mustn't have used much lately, since its water was reddish. Anyway, the Hotel staff is by far the worst feature of this hotel. I don't know if they were having problems or a bad week, but I've never experienced anything like that and I definitely didn't like it.
